Your first audit, in a minute

Tallyn has nothing to install. Give it a page and it returns a report you can act on. Here is the short version, then the deeper reference.

Quickstart

Three steps

Step 1

Create an account

Sign up with email and a password, or with Google or GitHub. The free plan gives you one page audit a month, no card.

Step 2

Start a new audit

Choose New audit, then either paste a public URL or paste your page's HTML. A URL is easiest when the page returns real server-rendered markup.

Step 3

Read the report

Issues arrive ranked by impact. Each has who it affects, why it matters, the WCAG reference, and a code fix to copy. Ship the fix, then re-check the page.

Pasting HTML

When a URL is not enough

If your page sits behind a login, or builds its content in the browser, paste the rendered HTML instead. In your browser, open the page, then copy the DOM from the elements panel, or view source for a server-rendered page.

what Tallyn reads
<main>
  <h1>Sign in</h1>
  <form action="/session">
    <label for="email">Email</label>
    <input id="email" type="email"
      autocomplete="email">
    <button type="submit">Continue</button>
  </form>
</main>
