Slower audits for about 35 minutes

Our primary model provider was answering slowly between 15:05 and 15:40 UTC. Audits completed but took up to ninety seconds. Routing failed over to the secondary model at 15:22 and latency returned to normal. No audits were lost.

URL fetch failing for a set of origins

A change to our fetch user agent caused some origins to return a challenge page instead of markup between 09:20 and 10:05 UTC. Affected audits returned a clear error rather than a wrong result. We reverted the change and added those origins to our test suite.
